JobAccess is the national hub for all things disability employment. JobAccess is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services. JobAccess provides information on, for example: financial support, workplace modifications, help with finding and changing jobs, creating flexible work environments, links to career advice and training courses, connecting with employers, providers and peak bodies and a range of other tools and resources for people with disability, employers and service providers.
The JobAccess site has undergone a major redevelopment and was launched on 1 July 2016.
We would like to acknowledge and thank the people with disability, employers, service providers and peak industry bodies who assisted in the development of this JobAccess website.
We would specifically like to thank the National Ethnic Disability Alliance and its members for their involvement in community consultation for people with disability from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
All images and videos on the JobAccess site are of people with disability who are from all walks of Australian life. We sincerely thank our volunteers for their time and contribution to our image and video library.

Access for People with Disability
JobAccess is here to help people with disability find and keep jobs, get promoted to better jobs, upgrade or expand their workplace skills, and more.
Access for Employers
One in five Australians lives with disability. This represents a vast pool of talent, which employers can tap into to enhance workplace diversity and overcome labour shortages.
Access for Service Providers
Service providers play a vital role in matching people with disability to jobs. JobAccess supports this process by providing a range of resources.
