Service Guarantee of service providers

Providers of Disability Employment Services (DES) funded by the Australian Government are expected to provide a high level of service to people with disability.

DES providers must conduct employment services at or above the minimum standards set by their Disability Employment Services - Service Guarantee

When assisting people with disability, DES providers must ensure that their services are individually tailored to a client’s circumstances and background as well as available job opportunities.   

DES providers must also prominently display the Service Guarantee in all offices and sites, and make it available in accessible formats—such as screen reading software, enlarged font and audio—to people with disability. 

Disability Employment National Panel of Assessors (NPA) – Your Service Guarantee

Organisations contracted to deliver NPA assessments have agreed and are committed to observe the Service Guarantee. The Service Guarantee sets out the principles and standards that underpin the delivery of assessment services. In addition, the Service Guarantee outlines the services our clients can expect to receive.
