Support to do an apprenticeship

If you are interested in doing an apprenticeship, Disabled Australian Apprenticeship Wage Support (DAAWS) could help you.

DAAWS provides a payment to employers of eligible Australian apprentices with disability. Your employer may also be able to receive DAAWS if you become disabled while doing your apprenticeship.

For more information on DAAWS, including eligibility, speak to a provider of Disability Employment Services in your area, or visit the Australian Apprenticeships website.
