Important update for some Disability Employment Services participants

Disability Employment Services (DES) participants may soon receive a text message or letter from the Department of Social Services about transferring to a new DES provider. This will tell them that their DES provider will no longer deliver services in their area anymore.

These participants will be supported to move to a new provider in the coming months. This also includes suspending their mutual obligations from 22 August 2022 to 23 October 2022.

The National Customer Service Line will support participants to transfer to their new provider.
