JobAccess Service – Christmas Closure Advice

JobAccess will close from Monday 24 December 2018 and reopen on Wednesday 2 January 2019. Access to JobAccess services will not be possible during this time, including for the lodgement of applications for the Employment Assistance Fund and the Supported Wage System.

JobAccess – Complaints Referral and Resolution Services (CRRS) and the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline (the Hotline)

CRRS and the Hotline will close from Monday 24 December 2018 and reopen on Thursday 27 December 2018 through to Monday 31 December 2018. Normal hours of operation will resume Wednesday 2 January 2019.

Hours of operation will be:

• Monday – Friday         9.00am – 7.00pm AEDST

• Saturday – Sunday     Closed

• Public Holidays           Closed
