Congratulations JobAccess – Winner 2016 Government Contact Centre Awards17 August 2016
The 16th Annual Government Contact Centre Summit 2016 was held in Sydney on Tuesday 9 August, 2016. The Summit recognises best practice service delivery through digital technologies, workforce productivity and staff engagement.
This year’s Summit focused on:
- Embracing digitalisation to keep up with growing customer expectations
- Creating a customer centric organisation; and
- Engaging staff and developing a high performing culture.
In recognition of the user-centric approach to delivering services to people with disability, employers, employment service providers and the broader community, JobAccess: Driving Disability Employment was successful in winning the award for the Government Contact Centre Excellence Awards: Best People Strategy in a Government Contact Centre.
To streamline access and provide a central entry point for services, the JobAccess Service now incorporates the JobAccess advice line, the Complaints Resolution and Referral Service and the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline.
