The National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC) is designed to help larger employers attract the skills and talents of people with disability.
By partnering with the NDRC for 12 months, your organisation will be assigned a dedicated NDRC account manager. Your account manager will provide help to raise disability awareness in your organisation, develop workplace policies and practices that accommodate people with disability, and create a tailored strategy for increasing disability employment.
The NDRC will help your managers design jobs and write clear position descriptions focusing on the fundamental requirements of the job. At no cost to you, the NDRC can also broadcast your vacancies to the national network of Disability Employment Services.
