Mission Australia proudly delivers Disability Employment Services to a diverse range of participants. This includes those recently who have been made redundant or participants who have been out of work for longer periods and may have more complex needs. We work with you, and where agreed your support networks to ensure we provide you with effective support to:

At no cost - Mission Australia helps businesses, like yours, find the best person for the job, we will partner with you to find long-term employment solutions that suit your individual business needs.
We work with you to explain the benefits of hiring people with disability, and coordinate support to enable you to employ a diverse workforce. Our employer relationship approach is based on individualised planning, understanding your short term needs and long term workforce goals, and matching your requirements with the skills of our participants.
We understand how important productive employees are to the success of your business. We’ll respond to you within 24 hours and provide you with honest, ongoing feedback on the progress around your vacancies.
We will advise appropriately on incentives available including traineeships and apprenticeships, training and wage subsidies available to you. We provide a professional follow-up service for up to 12 months or more to ensure a seamless transition of your new employee into your workplace.

Mission Australia delivers a wide range of services in metropolitan, regional and remove areas of Australia. We work with our community organisations and partners to deliver all-inclusive solutions that are ‘place based’, including:
- Keeping track changes in local, state and national labour markets through our labour market research.
- Membership of key industry, business and regional development groups including local chambers of commerce, enabling us to be informed on local issues and opportunities.
- Strong relationships with registered training organisations, offering suitable skills training.
- Access to community based support services including health professionals, counselling, housing, disability support, mental health services and cultural support groups.
- Relationships with state and local government community, industry and employment development programs.

In the 2016-2017 financial year, Mission Australia supported over 140 639Australians to transform their lives and contribute to the communities in which they live. Mission Australia is proud to deliver Disability Employment Services, ParentsNext and Transition to Work across various locations throughout Australia. These results reflect our commitment to stand together with Australians in need until they can stand for themselves.
