AimBig is a is National Disability Employment services (DES) provider who’s bigger than employment. We work with you as an individual and tailor our services to meet your needs. Our goal is to find you meaningful and sustainable employment and we use a wide range of experts and to help you achieve this.

• Help you identify your unique skills, strengths, and goals
• Understand your health and personal circumstances
• Help you develop resume writing and interview skills
• Provide training, education, or certification to get you job ready

• Providing you techniques to manage functional or psychological barriers
• Manage workplace modifications with your employer if required; and
• Once you have a secured a job, we will continue to support you in a manner tailored to you

Each program is design specifically to support the unique needs of a particular group of clients including young adults, eligible graduates, mature age works, culturally and linguistically diverse job seekers, and those struggling with mental health issues. AimBig is part of the Arriba group who have support people for over 20 years in finding employment and working with a range of businesses from very large corporates to small enterprises. We deliver employment services from more than 100 sites around Australia.

Our comprehensive free service for businesses and employers includes:

• getting to know you, your business and your recruitment needs
• providing job ready candidates who are the right match and keen to work
• arranging any necessary pre-employment screening, assessments or training
• facilitating access to government funding to support hiring and training eligible candidates

The AimBig support does not stop at placement

• We can initiate employer to access a range of Government wage subsidies of up to $10,000
• Access to Government funds for workplace modification to ensure your candidate can be effective from day one
• We also work with your new candidate supporting them up to six months with post placement support

Our networks

We deliver employment services from more than 100 sites around Australia, across NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS, NT and WA. While we have national coverage, our approach is local first, supported by innovative systems and programs. Local first means we are engaged with employers, community groups, schools, local government and other disability and charitable organisations, with single aim of improving employment opportunities for everyone we work with.

As well as offering general disability employment services we also hold specialist contracts for Mental Health and are the only provider of Physical (Musculoskeletal) employment services. These contracts are backed by our award-winning bespoke programs including LabourIn, Office Ready and BusyBeans. These programs utilise partnerships and networks to provide the best outcomes for job seekers, their families and employers.

This focus on the clients both job seeker and employer has meant AimBig has consistently been the highest rated national DES provider in Australia (for published contracts). This is also the case with our specialist contract Mental Health and Physical (Musculoskeletal.)

Our performance and success covers all cohorts of clients from young adults, eligible graduates, mature age works, culturally and linguistically diverse job seekers, and those struggling with mental health issues.

Performance and client satisfaction drives us, we run ongoing NPS research, and a structured program of continuous improvement and innovation. This has been externally recognised with AimBig through its BusyBeans program being nomination by the Australian Financial Review (2019) most innovative company awards.
