In May, the Australian Network on Disability launched its ‘Sharing and Monitoring Disability Information Guide’ for employers.

The guide aims to help employers prepare for asking people about their disability status by providing practical information and when and how to ask.

Funded by the Australian Government, the Australian Network of Disability produced the guide in consultation with the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Business Council of Australia.

An electronic version of the ‘Sharing and Monitoring Disability Information Guide’ is available at www.and.org.au.
