JobAccess Service – Christmas Closure
11 December 2023JobAccess will close on Friday 22 December 2023 at 12.30pm and will reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2024. Access to JobAccess services will not be possible during this time. Online applications for the Employment Assistance Fund and the Supported Wage System can be submitted, however they will not be processed during this time.
JobAccess – Complaints Referral and Resolution Service (CRRS) and the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline (the Hotline)
CRRS and the Hotline will be closed on Monday 25 December 2023 and Tuesday 26 December 2023 (Christmas public holiday) and reopen on Wednesday 27 December 2023 through to Friday 29 December 2023. Normal hours of operation will resume Tuesday 2 January 2024.
Hours of operation will be:
- Monday – Friday 9.00am – 7.00pm AEDST
- Saturday – Sunday Closed
- Public Holidays Closed
