Minister for Workforce Participation, the Hon Dr Sharman Stone MP delivered the keynote address, in which she launched JobAccess and the JobAccess advice service, WorkFocus Australia.

Mr Rob Gordon, CEO of WorkFocus Australia was a guest speaker at the launch and explained how JobAccess operates and how it can help job seekers and their co-workers, employers and employment service providers.

The Internet Café style of the launch allowed guests to see the service in action. Guests were encouraged to explore the web site first-hand, using standard web browsers and browsers equipped with assistive technology.

JobAccess is the first ‘one-stop shop’ for information and advice on disability-related employment matters in Australia.
