A new look for JobAccess

To coincide with the first anniversary of JobAccess and in response to your feedback, you will notice some exciting changes to JobAccess.

What’s new?

Our new look home page (retaining the signature green, of course!) is the doorway to new content and a new site structure.  The extensively tested new site structure will make navigation through the site easier.

Content highlights

We now have more content to support the employment of people with mental illness.  Some highlights include:

And more content for employment service providers:

Multimedia is here!

Our new multi media case studies and demonstrations of workplace adjustments and solutions are captioned and include written transcripts so that they are accessible to as many people as possible:

Workplace Adjustment Tool

We have new and improved information available through our Workplace Adjustment Tool (written by our own JobAccess Advisers).  Here are some examples:

Toolkits for employers

The new Need Staff? Promoting the employment of people with disability is now available, promoting the business benefits of employing people with disability (and including a DVD of success stories)

Workplace assessors

Workplace assessors which are part of a panel of assessors under the Workplace Modifications Scheme are now listed in the Workplace Adjustment Tool.

Changes to the Supported Wage System

Employers and Providers of Australian Government Employment Services can now apply online for the Supported Wage System:
