These instructions demonstrate how to contact the JobAccess Advisers using the Online Enquiry Form.
Step 1
Locate the JobAccess web site by typing www.jobaccess.gov.au into the navigation bar of your web browser.

Step 2
You will be presented with the JobAccess home page.

Step 3
Select ‘Contact a JobAccess Adviser’ from the left hand menu. This is located under ‘Advice’.

Step 4
Select ‘Online Enquiry Form’ from the the left hand menu.
Note: You can telephone the JobAccess Advisers free of charge on 1800 464 800.

Step 5
You will be presented with the Online Enquiry Form.

Step 6
You should read the ‘Important security information’ before you start using the form. The Online Enquiry Form is not a secure form which means you should not send personal or sensitive information over the Internet using this form.
Select 'What is personal information?' and 'What is confidential information?' to read more about these terms.

Step 7
Type your preferred contact name into the ‘Preferred name’ field. Just use your first name.

Step 8
Using the arrow on the drop down menu, select the category that best describes you.

Step 9
Using the arrow on the second drop down menu, select what your enquiry is about.

Step 10
Use the space in the next field to tell us about your enquiry. You will have enough room to type 5,000 characters (approximately 500 words).
Please remember not to send personal or sensitive information.

Step 11
Using the arrow on the next drop down box, select how you would prefer to be contacted.

If you select 'Email', enter your email address.

If you select 'Fax', enter your fax number.

If you select 'Mobile', enter your mobile telephone number.

If you select 'Postal address', enter your postal address.

If you select 'Telephone', enter your telephone number.

Step 12
In the next field, enter your postcode. This information is used by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations for reporting purposes.

Step 13
Using the arrow on the next drop down menu, tell us how you found out about JobAccess.

Step 14
Check that the details you have entered on the form are correct. Select 'Submit' to send your enquiry. Select ‘Clear’ to start again.

Step 15
After you have successfully submitted the form you will receive a confirmation message and an enquiry reference number. Write down the enquiry reference number. The JobAccess Advisers will contact you shortly with a response.
