How to apply for the Workplace Modifications Scheme

While the majority of employees with disability won't require any workplace modifications, the Workplace Modifications Scheme aims to make accommodating employees with disability in the workplace easier.  There is help available for the cost of workplace adjustments or solutions if they are needed to accommodate a worker with disability in a job. 

For employers

• Applying for the Workplace Modifications Scheme
• Creating a new Workplace Modification Scheme application (employers)
• Accessing the secure site (employers, self employed and Disability Business Services) 
• Using the Workplace Modification Scheme application list

For Disability Employment Network members

• Applying for Workplace Modifications Scheme
• Creating a new Workplace Modification Scheme application (Disability Employment Network and Job Network members)
• Accessing the secure site (Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Disability Employment Network and Job Network members)
• Using the Workplace Modification Scheme application list
• Claiming reimbursement of funds for Workplace Modifications Scheme (Disability Employment Network)

For Job Network members
