These instructions demonstrate how to log in to the secure site when you wish to view or complete an online application form. These instructions are for Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Job Network members and Disability Employment Network members who already have a Department of Employment and Workplace Relations log in ID and password.
Step 1
Locate the JobAccess web site by typing www.jobaccess.gov.au into the navigation bar of your web browser.

Step 2
You will be presented with the JobAccess home page.

Step 3
To enter the secure site, select ‘Secure Online Forms’, which is located under ‘Services’ on the left hand side of the screen.

Step 4
A security alert message will appear advising that you are about to view pages over a secure connection and that any information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web. Select 'OK'.

Step 5
The JobAccess Secure Site will appear.

Step 6
Select ‘Log in’. You do not need to register as you already have a Department of Employment and Workplace Relations log in ID and password.

Step 7
The 'Log in' screen will appear. Enter your Department of Employment and Workplace Relations log in ID and password.
Select ‘Log in’ to proceed or select ‘Cancel’ to start again. If you select 'Log in', JobAccess will verify your log in ID and password.

Step 8
If you have entered the correct log in ID and password, you will be presented with a privacy notice. After reading this notice, select ‘Proceed’ if you wish to continue. Select ‘Cancel’ if you do not wish to continue.

Step 9
You will be presented with a 'Welcome page'. You are now logged into the JobAccess secure site.

Step 10
Proceed to the next set of instructions.

Step 11
If you have not entered the correct details, an error message will appear. Re-enter your details. You will only be allowed to try three times before you need to reset your password. For assistance with passwords, speak to your organisation's Security Contact.
