This guide provides step by step instructions on how to apply for funding through the Workplace Modifications Scheme, including use of our secure online application forms.
Step 1—Identify the appropriate workplace modifications, workplace adjustments and equipment

The Workplace Modifications Scheme Guidelines provide some examples, however other items can be approved because the assistance is specific to the needs of the particular employee with disability.
