Active Employment Services (Active) has provided vocational rehabilitation, and injury and disability management and prevention services in Western Australia to individuals and employers for the past 10 years. We provide workplace assessments, ergonomic services, functional capacity assessments, psychological counselling services, and exercise rehabilitation and wellness programs. We assist injured employees to return to their pre-injury work and assist people with injuries or disability to gain and keep new employment. Our occupational therapists carry out thorough and personalised Workplace Modifications Scheme assessments. We also provide Supported Wage assessments. We also provide Activities of Daily Living assessments in the home as well as education about injury or disability management. Our psychologists are experienced in assisting people with work-related stress issues and general counselling services. |
