Audio visual equipment and communication aids

For people who have a hearing, visual and/or learning impairment, communication within the workplace can be difficult and in turn can affect their work performance. The use of specialised audio visual equipment and/or communication aids may enable a person to perform their job more successfully and efficiently, benefiting both the employee and the employer.
