A telephone visual alarm unit is a device that indicates when the phone to which it is connected is ringing.
The visual signal alert allows people who are deaf or have a hearing impairment to see that the telephone is ringing. It switches an incandescent lamp (such as the kitchen light) on and off in time with the telephone ring to show when you have an incoming call.
Features include:
- flashing lamp in sequence with incoming telephone ring
- easily connected to a standard telephone socket and a standard power socket
- lamp can be set to ‘normally on’ or ‘normally off’ for day or night use.
