Mobility is the ability to move from one place to another. Mobility is an important requirement for participation in the activities of daily living and work. Injury or disability can have a significant impact upon a person’s mobility and their daily life. There are workplace modifications and adjustments available that can assist people who have restrictions to their mobility.
Workplace solutions and adjustments
For people with severe mobility restrictions, mobility training by an allied health professional may be required, and assistance may be required on an ongoing basis.
