Australian Network on Disability
Australian Network on Disability is a not for profit organisation funded by its members. The organisation runs a variety of programs to help employers and their staff become disability confident.
Services provided to members include:
- development of strategies to enable you to maximise the benefits of employing people with disability
- development and implementation of solutions to problems relating to disability in the workplace
- provision of training on how to recruit, relate to, employ and work with people with disability
- assistance to businesses to minimise risk of action for non compliance under the Disability Discrimination Act.

Diversity at work
Diversity at Work (Diversity@Work) assists organisations to design and implement policies that make the most of diversity. See our Related Links to find out more about Diversity at Work.
Diversity at work also provides a variety of training programs including specific disability awareness training.
Their other services include:
- disability audits and development of disability action plans
- reasonable adjustment tool kits
- consultancy and advice
- mediation and conflict resolution.

Free computer courses
If you are located in Western Australia and have employees who would benefit from training in using computers, the Western Australian Department of Training and Workforce Development offers free computer courses for employees with disability. The free courses, known as First Click and Second Click courses, teach basic computer skills.
