STEPS has experienced Assessors qualified to carry out Workplace Modification Assessments throughout Australia. STEPS liaise with the service provider, employer and employee and gather site and disability specific information. STEPS ensure assessments comply with legislative requirements and consult with all parties to identify barriers to employment and form an agreement on the appropriate solution(s).
STEPS provides post assessment support by sourcing potential modifications or equipment from suppliers, providing appropriate quotes and recommendations and where feasible, assisting in the design of suitable solutions or modifications. Ongoing liaison with all parties is undertaken for accuracy and agreement. A written report is produced that makes recommendations to all parties involved. |
