Lighting

The lighting in a workplace can play a significant part in how well people function in that environment.  Poor lighting can reduce one's ability to see clearly, place strain on the eyes, affect concentration and ability to focus on a task.  Poor lighting or flickering can also affect conditions such as autism and epilepsy.  Adjustments can be made to lighting to suit the personal needs within a workplace.
