Change is a part of everyday life. It can be big, small, subtle or sudden. It can be positive if you choose to see it that way, or just plain difficult.
In the workplace change is occurring at a faster rate than ever. Technology is moving forward at an incredible rate, and the result is a constant need to update skills and knowledge and to make frequent changes in how we do our jobs.
Change can make people feel stress, sadness, anger, worry or anxiety. When there are changes in the workplace, learning to adjust and work with new arrangements can be difficult.
